Depends on the read speed of the phone SD card or phone flash where you stored them

Depends on the speed of the interface you're using (USB2 or USB3)

Depends on the speed of the card reader

Depends on the write speed of the destination SD card

You're probably being bottlenecked on the last item if I understand your description correctly and you're trying to archive to an SD card. The '10' in 'Class 10' was a baseline performance rating of 10 MB/sec of writes.

If you save those to hard drive or SSD of the PC you'll see higher transfer rates, or you can use a 3.0 thumb drive instead of another SD card for your storage which would increase performance, assuming your PC supports USB3.0.

Transfer speed depends more on the class of USB, the speed of RAM and hard disk speed, cpu cache/speed. ... The USB 2.0 specification requires that cable delay be less than 5.2 ns per meter (192 000 km/s, which is close to the maximum achievable transmission speed for standard copper wire) and length less than 5m.

To transfer files over email using a file transfer service for sending large email attachments.
