Can i be good at web page design & graphic related programs by attending community co

I don't wanna go to Art School (too $$$$$$), and very far from transfering to a university, but i want to be able to get a job. Please let me know if you guys have any idea!!! :)

Of course you can. A certificate in graphic design or web can be very useful to find a job field.As only to the extent you build your skills, simply do some research to check the programs and the school nominees.
