Server which is good for hosting a forum from kvchosting.net or legionbox.com, what do you think?

Kvchosting.net is a good option to get stable hosting. Never ever had any downtime that I could document.
If you log on to their site you get an ad page before you get to the page you want but there is always a continue button and I can live with it for the value. Very reliable.

Kvchosting.net provide a very cost-effective solution for small web-sites, provide MySQL and PHP support, and as far as I have experienced have a good record on uptime and accessibility. Their billing/renewal etc. has always been impeccable.

Also have a look at hostingsource.com. I believe $29 for good server is not a fortune.

Their plans are quite cheap when you figure what you're getting for them.
As for their servers, they are really fast.
