Why My Website is not Getting Business?

There are a few possible answers.

1. The website looks out-of-date.

2. The website isn't organized well

3. The website doesn't have easy contact options.

4. The website is not set up to rank well on Google.

5. The website doesn't have persuasive text (copy).

You could be needing a new design on your website to make visitors want to stay and browse longer. There are a few things you can do to bring in more visitors and make them want to convert:

1) Include better navigation that will lead the visitors where you wan them to go and doesn't leave out certain pages of the website.

2) Make sure that the site looks simple and not at all cluttered.

3) Don't pressure your visitors into converting or following a call to action using popups.

4) Include something in the design that makes them smile, laugh or have some other human reaction like a funny automated chat message, an emotional video clip, a note that appreciates them etc.

5) And most importantly know your audience. If most of your traffic comes from senior executives and CEOs you may want to focus more on being professional, concise and matter-of-fact.

Nothing changing on your site is probably the problem. You were probably getting a fair amount of business to various organic search results. Without knowing more, I would predict there was a change in how Google is ranking your content. Are you utilizing google analytics?

Having the lowest prices is also not a guarantee for more business. Price doesn't even make into the top 5 of buying concerns for customers. If your prices are too low, you may be harming your perceived value.

You may also benefit from opening up an amazon seller account and listing your products there. If you want to compete by having the lowest price, this is a great place to do it.
