Error Loading Window Pop Up??

Hello, i had a trojon/virus on my laptop and managed to get rid of them all. But im Still having problem as these files name that use to be a virus keep giving me an error loading pop window saying:

The Specified module could not be found.

Better format your system and check....Hope pop up wont comes after formatting.

Have you install an Antivirus on your PC? If yes then which?

Popup settings are always there in the browser settings option.

Need to update the Anti virus with new patches. or Change the Windows operating system.
