    Default ORM and SERM

Online Reputation Management (ORM) is a very important thing to consider for yourself and your company. This makes search engine reputation management (SERM) extremely important. This involves making sure that there are enough positive listings ranking for your name or brand in the search engines. The idea is to shield your search results from negative reviews indexed by the search engines. There is a good chance that negative reviews will rank for your name/brand. Go ahead google yourself to see if anything negative is there. There are two types of online reputation management Proactive reputation management and reactive reputation management.

Search Engine Reputation Management (SERM) is a process employed by companies to proactively shield their brands from damaging content brought to light through search engine queries.

    Hi...

    SERM:
Search Engine Reputation Management (or SERM) tactics are often employed by companies and increasingly by individuals who seek to proactively shield their brands or reputations from damaging content brought to light through search engine queries. Some use these same tactics reactively, in attempts to minimize damage inflicted by inflammatory (or “flame”) websites (and weblogs) launched by consumers and, as some believe, competitors.
Given the increasing popularity and development of search engines, these tactics have become more important than ever. Consumer generated media (like blogs) has amplified the public’s voice, making points of view – good or bad – easily expressed. This is further explained in this front page article in the Washington Post.
Search Engine Reputation Management strategies include Search engine optimization (SEO) and Online Content Management. Because search engines are dynamic and in constant states of change and revision, it is essential that results are constantly monitored.

    ORM:
ORM stands for object/relational mapping. ORM is the automated persistence of objects in a Java application to the tables in a relational database.
A system that is responsible to map object to relational model(procee of persisting objects in relational model)
    *Features of ORM:-
1.Object oriented query language for querying persistent objects.
    2.Meta data format for mapping
3.cache mechanism with proper locking modes.
4.support for mapping complex DOM to Database model
5.is high level API for CRUD(create, read, update, delete)operations in persistent objects

ORM stands for Object-relational mapping. An ORM converts scalar values to objects and vice versa and SERP stand for Search Engine

SERM is the growing discipline under the bigger umbrella of seo. If you deal with customer services & you never already have at least one reputation management customer, possibilities are you will in the very near future.

The outcomes of a negative online reputation may be as simple as a individual hitting a competitor's search result instead of yours or as harmful as an industry wide boycott of your products or services.

SERM is monitoring and improving a search result page and Object-relational mapping (ORM) is a mechanism that access and manipulate objects without having to consider how those objects relate to their data sources

    Default Reputation Management

    Hi everyone,
Online Reputation Management is everything in the business world. It is the practice of monitoring the internet reputation of a person, brand or business. It addresses content that can be damaging and uses customer feedback to gain insight or early warning signals to reputation problems.
Search engine reputation management is a process in which companies tend to enhance the brand value of the company and try to protect them from negative searches.
