i just wanted to know whether drop catch domains really help seo , if it helps is there any methods to follow

what i did yesterday is i bought a domain http://www.helpmyseo.org/ and i used way back to see the previous content and i have used the same things and linked it back to my main website

is this the right way ..any mistakes pls let me know kindly
