Take your time to check Bullten Dedicated server provider out. The speed is incredibly fast..their servers are specifically optimized for performance (that is what they told me) and it is apparent!
The customer support is just awesome...they had a hard time like a few months ago because of a move into a new building or something..and the phones were messing up. The support guys are always helpful
