Is HostGator any good?

I have read some bad things about HostGator, however never used this site for my own hosting. What experience do you have with them?

HostGator is good. Maybe the bad reviews come from their competitor, so don't mind it. My friends is using hostgator for almost 2 years, and he had no problem at all with his site.

The prices are very fair...The Web-control panel features are excellent...And the support is fantastic.
