If by content you mean things like apps, music or videos then yes.

Just optimize the content with proper keywords and have good ad copy for your product. Plus, as far as I know the links on iTunes are "follow" so you can get some value from that. I don't you going to get MUCH value from the link since its easy to get but you should get some.
