How to create an minimum viable product website?

I want to create a website with just the picture of the products, their descriptions and then to drive Google ads traffic to there.

I was thinking if I can use a free wordpress site to do that and what will happen if they click on the buy button? How do I find out how many people clicked on the Buy button in order to test my minimum viable product?

Just do a prototype/wireframing of your product and describe what it solves. show it to your friends and ask them feed back.
Eliminate all the unnecessary things from the product and show it different types of people and validate it.
if everything is fine, hire a freelancer and get your MVP ready.
