A dyanmic sitemap is automatically changes when you add or remove pages. It's done by a software. A static sitemap changes when the webmaster updates manually. In general dynamic means energetic, capable of action and or change or forceful, while static means stationary or fixed.

Static sitemaps do not change as the website changes, so they are not as useful for tracking site changes. Dynamic sitemaps are generated automatically by a website's content management system. They are updated as the website changes, making them more useful for tracking site changes.
