How long does it take to setup a new, dedicated server?

I've been with my current host for years. Their support is outstanding and I've never had any problems. A week ago I received a small business grant for 6 months hosting for a new server and was told this would be setup as soon as possible. I've requested updates several times but have just been told that they will update me once the server is ready. I was just wondering if it was normal for it to take this long.

It will take you no more than 5 minutes ! Make sure your computer has the minimum capabilities below before creating an Unturned server. It will depend on the number of slots and players connected to your server, the more connected players you have, the more RAM you need.
