    There is no such hard and fast rule or a particular figure for Bounce rate but lower the bounce rate better it is.

    As a best practice, having bounce rate lower than 50% is a sign that your website is performing well. Higher the Bounce rate means that people don't like your website for some reasons and they leave your website

    Bounce rate is the percentage of visitors to a particular website who navigate away from the site after viewing only one page. It can be reduced by:

    Good content update
    Internal links
    Easy navigation
    Quick loading of webpage
    Cheap VPS Hosting | $1 VPS Hosting
    Windows VPS Hosting | Windows with Remote Desktop Access
    Cheap Dedicated Servers | Linux Dedicated Server Hosting

    As a rule of thumb, a bounce rate in the range of 26 to 40 percent is excellent.

    If the visitor comes on your website and leaves it quickly, then the bounce rate of your website will be really high, if the visitor comes stays and navigate through other pages of your website then the bounce rate will be less. The bounce rate between 26 to 40 is considered optimal for a website.
