    Your inbox will be bombarded with such emails. The trick is look for one with good customer support. Websites do need a lot of maintainence. An e-commerce one surely will need regular updating. So the customer support should be quick in action and response or you might face a great loss.

    Select about any two or three from the options you have and try negotiating a deal with them.
    Look out for those who are responding the fastest.
    Apart from the plans they offer on the website, they do give you additional offers once you start a conversation.
    Don't fall for it. They will try to trap you into saying a yes, by giving you 'limited time offers". Unless you are convinced that the team you are talking to is going to do your job don't say yes.
    Ask them for some their existing works. Judge them on the basis of that. It will be loads better if they have worked on a similar project before.
    Check for the charges or services they offer after they get your work done.
    Do read between the lines of Terms and Conditions. Take time in reading this, as you don't want to end up paying more than what you plan.
    Keep a budget aside from you website development for upgrades. It will come in handy.
