libertyvps.net - really good offshore service provider
kvchosting.net - is one of the best SSD based providers.
So they are different.

I chose kvchosting.net after reading a long thread of their customers bitching about their service and thought gee I wish I had their problems.
I have never been aware of downtime. Tried their support even at 3A.M. and support tech was their to solve a apache issue in a minute.
The pricing is very good, especially for what you buy for it.
