Can also recommend digitalserver.com.mx web hosting. This host is absolutely wonderful. Speed, support and everything are very good. It's the best web hosting I have used.

Can also recommend Canspace.ca shared hosting solutions. They do provide features for more advanced web-sites, such as SSL and multi domain-name support. They are reliable.

My two sites have been on one of Libertyvps.net offshore servers for over a year now. Personally I couldn't ask for much more out of a host.
The server has been stable, with just a few short downtime caused by attacks or malfunctioning scripts (nothing that they could prevent).
