Thread: What is some good hardware for recording music on a laptop?

Default What is some good hardware for recording music on a laptop?

I know programs(software) that can record music but the issue is hardware or soundcards. I can't buy any internal soundcards because they won't fit or go into the laptop so I need external soundcards or hardware instead.

So with that said, does anyone know of any EXTERNAL soundcards or hardware that can give me some good quality sound? I want to be able to record music from my keyboard and record some guitar riffs as well with my acoustic/electric guitar.

ICUSBAUDIO7 Virtual 7.1 USB Stereo Audio Adapter External Sound Card offers a high quality solution for upgrading desktop or laptop sound. Providing a robust USB audio experience, it connects to a host computer through a single USB 2.0 connection, to deliver impressive external audio capability that can instantly be swapped between systems, without having to open the computer case for installation.

Sound-Record Waspy LE VSTi 1.3 would be good for you. or if you are looking to buy a new laptop for the purpose, then you may go with getting a toshiba laptop for yourself. Toshiba offers great deals to its customers.
