Is read hat Server version free ?

I know that Red Hat Linux is open source and free OS. But I couldn't find a download link for Red Hat Linux Server operating system ?

I am have a feeling that it is not free Is that right ?

Red Hat Linux up to version 9.0 can be downloaded free of charge. So can every version of Fedora Core. All versions of Red Hat Enterprise Edition must be purchased.
