Go to your Google Search Console and check out if you got any message.

Google could give you a penalty if their Google bot and algorithm decided that you are not playing fair, and using some black hat methods.

This is rare, and if you are sure you didn't do anything wrong, then go to the SeaWorld, or Google’s official community website. Do a little bit of research if they rolled out some new updates that could potentially downgrade your website positions.

The third possibility is that your pages are crawled by a Google bot and it downgraded your websites because it takes a little bit of time to put it back to the old position, or better. Basically, what it is doing is taking some time, and deciding “ok, on which place we will put this page”. Usually, when this happens, a page is getting a better position later than it was in the previous place.
