Looking for a simple, generic word press theme to build a sales page/landing page.

Not looking to pay monthly subscription to the drag n drop landing page builders like leadpages/unbounce.

Looking to spend one time fee of about ~$60. Will reuse landing page theme in several different niches.

Must be theme for wordpress.

What would you guys recommend?
