I need a cheap server provider and two hosts are in my mind: kvchosting.net and owned-networks.net, so which one is the best from your point of view?

I found kvchosting.net to be a great hosting service. When I first came across their prices it almost seemed too good to be true.
I put one site up with them to start just to try things out, I've since put up all my sites with these guys. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a new host!

The quality of work, attention to details and communication have been great.

I am impressed with Tzulo.com dedicated hosting service. I have been using their service for 8 months - everything works good.
As for their network and server uptime they are really great cos my sites were experiencing downtime only over 10-20 minutes.
