Which VPS in EU is the best to have a deal with - either libertyvps.net or legionbox.com?

I have several domains hosted at Exmasters.com EU VPS hosting for over nine months and have only had 1 outage that lasted over 30 minutes. When I contacted the support team, they told me all the steps on how to host my website. So, the main advantage of using their hosting service is that I have never had real problems to solve, or if there appeared some problems, well-trained support staff always assisted me to get rid of them.
