Try shared plans from hostingsource.com and qhoster.com as they are full-featured and low cost. The service is reliable and reasonably priced, they have a very good management and they have taken care of our requests in a timely manner.

I have no hesitation recommending QHoster.com web hosting. The server performance is by far higher than with my former hosting provider.
As for the pricing, can say it is competitive - they saved me a good sum of money during the time I deal with them.
