I would say to check out the reviews which are available on different sites like trust pilot or host advice. In my personal opinion, they both are good however selection choice depends upon your requirements, like simple net has a starting package of $4.99 so it might be more affordable however if you check the online reviews Brixly is favored for having better support and speed. I think if you are starting up and have a small site go for Simplenet otherwise for larger project and greater number of traffic go for Bixly
