After reading your post I think figma is the best option for UI designing because it is cloud based online tool anyone can access it from anywhere and team can work on it together globally.

Figma is great if you are working with multiple designers as you can work collaboratively. Figma also offers a web app, so you can be access it from anywhere. Sketch still seems to be the industry standard and is my tool of choice currently. I am faster and more comfortable in the program.
