I'd draw your attention to deals from time-tested companies: allwebhost.com and ewallhost.com.
The support is 5 stars, they're very good and quick. I don't think one needs anything better than that.

VPS accounts from libertyvps.net and legionbox.com are stable and reliable enough to sign up with.
These are the best hosting services' around. Great support staff, responds to tech calls quickly and fix's issue's even if there not a server problem. What more can you ask from a hosting service?

VPS accounts from inet.ws and ewallhost.com are worth trying.
I always recommend them. Currently, my company is with them too. They have been great tools for us, we host several pages for different customers and they're happy so we're happy.
