Purchase a linux hosting, with either cPanel or Directadmin, ensure that they have one click installer like softaculous which can be used to install wordpress.

I usually don't recommend but you should 100% go with 3v-host.com VPS with cPanel. Customer support is responsive and helpful.
I was pleasantly surprised by the backup tools you provide which I did not expect at all.
