I have about 15 websites all on the same shared hosting account. I only have one dedicated IP address.

Do I need to sign up for an SEO hosting account (aseohosting.com) with multiple IPs?

If you have different website architecture and different content and on different topics then It will not affect on your rankings. You can rank from same server it will not create any issues for getting rank on Google if you have quality and fresh content on each site.
