Which one is better Wordpress, Joomla or HTML??

I want to build a website on IT, but am confused whether to use Wordpress, Joomla or a simple HTML theme. I also want to know which of these platforms is easily optimizable for SEO purposes. I look forward to the valuable suggestions from members regarding my problem.

I prefer WordPress because it is easy to modify, user friendly and very powerful and very cheap in my opinion.

Both Joomla and Wordpress are good platforms for developing websites. CMS is user friendly and you will find many plug-ins which are useful. Also, there are many SEO related plug-ins available in these CMS. There is a wide variety of options to choose from. It’s up to the the developer to select from the wide options available.

I use Wordpress for all of my sites because it's easy to manage and update content. If you will hire Wordpress developers then it will easy to use and you can take it to a more advanced level, such as messing with code and CSS if you really want.

I prefer wordpress cause it user-friendly and easy to understand to everyone. With wordpress internet newbie can create their blog. And by learning perspective HTML is good.
