To build the free website you should firstly make sure that width you define must be 100% and not pix. Also remembered you have to manage all the image layout. Image cannot be scalable so you have to look at image size to reduce it.

You can get no cost web host by operating XAMPP on your pc. Area will be as endless as you have no cost space on your disk generate. Exchange will be as endless as your company allows. There's no such thing as absolutely endless space and transfer - "free" space and transfer have boundaries.
