Well, you talking about those pop-ups which occurred when you start a window? Don't worry you can easily disable these pop-ups to open run>MSCONFIG>Startup then checkout all those software's which you do not want to open while window start.

You can edit the pop up by using the command of "MSCONFIG" to prevent the pop ups on Windows start up.

First option is to turn off windows updates, 2nd run MSconfig and under startup tab uncheck the application which pop-out to your window screen, 3rd uninstall software that you are no longer needed..

Go to Run the type Msconfig and go to startup menu where you uncheck all those softwares which you don't want to see when windows open.
