There are two company inpressed me by the offers and the one of them would be chosen for hosting a sitye on a VPS account.
But which? Is serverpoint.com better than pinellashosting.com for any reason? Or the cheaper deals should eb chosen? However serverpoint's exprience is longer, there could be also good hostingh from less experienced provider...
So which would be your choise?

Why do you consider only these companies?
I suggest you not to concentrate your attention only on them, but also recommend you to check other hosts as well. There are abundance of good feedbacks about hostingsource.com and I can put forward a suggestion to have a look at their VPS hosting (http://hostingsource.com/vps.php) solutions. The offer '50%discount' on VPS and dedicated server plans.

I think serverpoint.com is the companyI would choose most likely, knowing they are experienced and trusted by lots of people throughout the world, however other host is not bad as well.
If I were you, I'd stick to serverpoint.com.
This company has been in the IT industry for a fair while and their services are stable and trustworthy.
No downtime and glitches occur on their servers.

If you are going to start, I believe pinellashosting.com would be nice, even knowing the other company is very good, pinellashosting could be chosen due to lower price knowing the quality is high.

Tastes differ as I see.
I think of choosing pinellashosting.com as this company is cheaper and seems to be well-trined host to trust'em and to deal with them. Your opinions alre considered alongside my own research. Thank you.

well... of course almost all hosts now guarantee providing 99.9% uptime... but there are of course still unavoidable factors that may cause the downtime... it's true that if it's taking days to fix, u may sue... but if it's only some hours or one day the most... i find that it will be hard to sue...
