Currently looking at the site of exmasters.com - the company appears to have good offers at dedicated server sphere, does it?
Comment the deals, especially interested in their unmetered servers.

I think exmasters could become reasonable choise considering they are the company of highest level of trust.
Also you can have the great service from dedicated server or VAS hosting from utropicmedia.net (http://www.utropicmedia.net) which is also offering servers, probably even at the same datacenter at Czech Republic as well as american servers however.

exmasters.com have reasonable price for th unmetered servers, as I may see after following the link. Actually these are prices near average, but knowing this host's reputation I would tell - go ahead, surely if they suit you.

No doubt exmasters.com have really good quality of [provided services, asnd i believe this choise would be enough reasonable for you to make.
As well unmetered servers for even lower prices in several DCs in Europe, Asia and America are offered by such company as santrex.net which could become good alternative in case you got something not suiting you.

I have ordered a few dedicated servers in the past windows and Linux I have always had to wait a week sometimes two which is not a problem, but does it usually take that lond with you as well?
