What web hosts can you recommend me to look at?
I have seen nice Mexican VPS hosting plans offered by Digitalserver.com.mx
Budget is around $40/mo for 1GB RAM and 35GB HDD.
What can you say about them?

I've finally found a good home with Digitalserver.com.mx web host. I especially love their support.
The support is good and they always seem prepared to go out of their way to get things done.
It's good cheap hosting. It is nice option for getting hosting in Mexico (http://digitalserver.com.mx/).

It seems to me that good latency can be get from any South American host. I know Brazilian hosting provider - Maxihost (http://www.maxihost.com.br/). They have solid servers and skilled professional tech staff.

Just here to say that I'm happy dealing with Digitalserver.com.mx team. Excellent pricing for a lot of room and features, nice control panel with a load of features. I've been moving from host to host trying different ones out, and so far they have been the best. Top notch support!

Well worth every penny the support you receive is excellent no matter what time of day you get in touch there is always a prompt response to any query.
I would recommend Digitalserver.com.mx to everyone. Support can be reached through MSN for immediate assistance, and through tickets/email which they respond to in a matter of minutes.

The virtual private server is the happy medium between the two alternatives. The server is partitioned and your company is afforded an entire one of the partitions. However, since the server is partitioned, other users on the server do not affect you in the same way as they might on a shared server.

The old adage, "you get what you pay for", seems most appropriate in their case, and I would rather pay that few extra dollars for their reliability and competence than to find my sites down for long periods at a stretch, costing me more money than the few bucks I can save in hosting fees.

Make sure the host has the payment option your looking for. I don't even think twice about a host that doesn't accept paypal. Its not that I don't trust anyone, well people I've never met face to face in person I don't trust, and have every reason not to, for you don't know what the company is really like, you don't really know if they exist at all..
