If content is king for SEO then why my site is not comes in ranking?

Hello I have done on page optimization and also add enough original contents to my website (ndragold.[com]). Still it is not coming in ranking. As I want to target it in South Africa and UK.

You have to use South Africa and UK in keywords of the content of your site then it will appear in search, i think,

I agree with your interesting point my dear friends, content will be the king only when the people in the kingdom likes it more and more, means your content should attract the more traffic and then only we will get good rank.
