better try considering webhostingbuzz.com (http://www.webhostingbuzz.com) VPS as these are cheaper, and are offered by the time-tested host.

I'd say webhostgiant has provided low cost VPS deals.
I know them to be stable and there is no downtime on their servers, use them to meet your VPS needs, the OP.

Finally I have decided to use webhostgiant VPS deal.

I have been using bodhost.com. I have to admit they are very good web hosting provider and have a lot of servers and good history.
So I recommend you consider them also. And if you decide to try them you will not regret at all.
