iFastNet.com and a2hosting.com have fine plans which are ableto meet all your needs, the OP, at affordable prices.
Support is active for 24 hours and there is SSD technology on them which makes load speed fast.
A2hosting.com is really suitable hosting provider with high uptime and low prices.
They have a 50% off - BYE2014.

I recommend iFastNet because they provide a free domain name even with cheapest plan, they have PHP 5.2, 5.3 and 5.4 which you can choose in cPanel for your needs. Servers are very secure especially using the site lock which makes it impossible for hackers to exploit your scripts by fully locking all files uploaded so they can not be changed.

I am very satisfied with JVMhost.com. Wonderfully thorough and responsive support. They helped me with all the issues and i must say that they are really knowledgeable.
No complaints so far, and I recommend this company to anyone who wants to host multiple domain names on the same server for a nominal cost.

Other customer's reviews of the hosting services. Same as any business, the hosting vendor should be able to provide good references.
