I don't think you can copyright a keywords, as it is used all websites for ranking in search engines.

Good news! You can’t copyright a keyword.

However, you cannot use the names of products or services that are not your own IN THE ADS without written permission from the copyright owner.

Read that again, you can BID on any keyword you like, even those of products, companies, or services that are not your own; however, you cannot use those terms in the ad copy unless you own the copyright.

Google has already gone to court for you on this subject and won, so you’re safe. Even if a competitor writes you a cease and desist because they saw your own on their keyword, it doesn’t matter.
