hostingsource offers a few control panels both paid and open-source while bekserver.de can give you only cPanel and for half more fee.
It's an important thing to have, so I'd like to choose hostingsource
By the way you can install cPanel or some other control panel like ServerSuit (http://serversuit.com) yourself too.
