The page authority is a score (on a 100 point scale) developed by Moz, which predicts how a particular page will rank on search engines. It is based on data from the Mozscape web index and contains links in it, MozRank, MozTrust and dozens of other factors. It uses a machine learning model, which detects an algorithm for the future, which we associate with ranking in thousands of search results that we estimate against it.
