Solid and reliable VPS account to sign up with ... can you give me a piece of advice?

VPS deals from QHoster.com (https://www.qhoster.com/linux-vps.html) and KVChosting.net (https://www.kvchosting.net/ssd-vps-hosting.html) are enticing for me and I need to host a blog with them and I wonder which one is better for meeting my needs?
Any ideas?
