It is not quite clear what do you mean by refund policy.... Maybe you meant Moneyback Guarantee policy? Most companies have that set for 30 days. But there are also companies like mechanicweb.com which have 45(!!!) days. That is really cool I think especially for the new clients.

I agree that good host will never make you looking for refund. I have heard hostwinds.com has no issues with that at all.
