Believe it will be reasonable to compare some alternatives. I know QHoster.com (http://www.QHoster.com) have stable servers located in Mexico. Use Promo code: happy2018 - 18% lifetime discount.

I've been with them a few months and already I can tell I'm going to stick around for a while. They are just amazing.
If you've ever had an account with any of the big hosting companies, digitalserver.com.mx service will just blow you away.
Great Hosting and great support. Have three domains with them and been great host. Recommended!

All I can say is that Digitalserver.com.mx is great host!
Long term experience with managed servers has taught me that the most important thing is quality of service, particularly quality of support.
It's no use having super cheap hosting if no one is there to help you when it goes wrong.

I highly recommend digitalserver.com.mx
They're easy to reach, always write back, and the chat method is good too!
Pricing is reasonable. I would say pricing is well-balanced taking into account features, resources included into the plans.
