Will continue to use Rockhoster.com for as long as physically possible.
Support is usually great, my only complain being that the original average support response time of 20 minutes is now more like 1-2 hours.
This is to be expected with the kind of growth they've experienced, however.

Well, rockhoster.com is the most professional host I've ever dealt with.
The support is incredible, they are available 24 hours. The site will sometimes be down for a few minutes (once in 3 months or so), but that is common. Overall, I am happy to recommend them.
