What type of domain issue problem are you referring to? If you're referring to DNS, then you have a lot of online tools that help you check the DNS info, IP information, server information like MX records, server status, etc to some extent. If you are however, facing an issue with domain registration or the website, you might want to contact the company you ordered it from.

Domain issues and problems can be checked using various online tools like:

- SEMrush
- Moz tools
- Majestic tools

Check if your site is online from a number of locations. It then lets you know if the site is down everywhere, or if only your computer is unable to view it.
If only your computer is unable to view it and you've recently updated your DNS,check to see if the new DNS has updated in your location.
