Linux, KVM, Netherlands - need VPS hosting account, any recommendations?

I require 40 gbs of hard disk + 1500 gbs of bandwidth, Linux, KVM
+ I need 24/7 customer support help.
I have found Libertyvps.net web host.
Their hosting deals look really nice. What host is better? Any reviews, feedbacks?
Alternatives for comparison?

Response time was okay. Uptime mostly at 99%, there maybe some few downtime but I understand that no providers can actually guarantee a 100%.
Libertyvps.net (http://www.Libertyvps.net) team usually reply 5-10 minutes after you submit your ticket with a logical answer. Can't ask for more.
