They seem to have a graphical design editor as well as a code editor. So it looks like it's not completely free from coding. They seem to say that the latest versions support javascript, php etc. so Paul I think it's not just for static websites.

Adobe Dreamweaver software is very useful especially for web designer. It is very simple to use. All key features are really very good and simple. The most important fact that it comes with my Adobe Creative Cloud subscription and is easy for me to update website files like HTML, CSS, and other related file formats.
