If you are looking for a much better option, I would suggest you Bluehost India. They have servers in India and US, so I don't think Canada as a location would be a problem.

Also, with your requirements, I think their e-commerce hosting premium plan would definitely suit you. Just go through the other add on services and features they give with this plan, I think any e-commerce store would benefit with those features.
