1. Optimize the video before uploading
2. In your audio there should be the keyword in first 10 - 15 seconds
3. Thumbnail should be attractive and appealing to invite clicks ( Not Clickbaits)
4. Video should be engaging
5. Keep your title and description catchy, use keywords in it but remember your title and description should be relevant to the video
6. Add tags and hashtags
7. Give your video signals from other websites, promote the video in ways you can but remember not to spam the community or websites where you are promoting.

I wouldn't want to use the word fast, since they take time. Also if you want to be a successful YouTuber, you need to upload more quality videos in YouTube consistently, atleast 3 videos weekly.
